Terms & Conditions

Orders received are subject to acceptance by the AD Mats Corporation sales department. Installation and assembly are the responsibility of the purchaser or end user. We assume no responsibility or liability for personal injury or damage to property incurred through the use of our products or any products sold by AD Mats Corp.
Prices do not include applicable taxes or freight charges and are subject to change without notice, but whenever possible, we shall endeavor to give 30 days notice prior to price changes.

We accept VISA & MASTERCARD or orders may be paid by check prior to the production of merchandise. School districts, government agencies, municipalities, etc. will be granted terms of NET 30 days upon receipt of an official, signed purchase order. Overdue accounts are subject to interest of 1.5% monthly.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. factory. Orders for schools, government agencies, municipalities, etc. will be shipped prepaid, with the freight amount added to the invoice. We do not ship C.O.D. Goods cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number and must be sent back Prepaid. There is a 15% Restocking Charge for all returned merchandise.

All merchandise must be Checked at the Time of Delivery for damage or shortage. If packaging is torn or broken, be sure to note condition on the bill of lading. Do Not Sign Receipt Until This is Done. Make sure to keep your copy for future reference. Should there be concealed damage, please notify AD Mats Corp. and the delivering carrier IMMEDIATLEY.

AD Mats Corporation guarantees all merchandise for a period of two years from the date of invoice, against defects in manufacturing or materials, used under normal conditions and for the purpose for which they were intended. We shall either repair or replace the defective product at our discretion and at our expense. Any defective merchandise must be returned prepaid.
